After attending a MindGym session, I immediately felt more productive and able to better focus on work tasks. It would be very helpful to have regular daily or weekly MindGym sessions.

The Need for a MindGym

SciPhi MindGym

Knowledge Workers are Mental Athletes.

As a mental athlete, you are efficient and productive when you are calm and focused.

Calmer you are, more focused you can be and vice versa.

But mental athletes are under assault.

Distractions happen every 12 minutes in modern workplaces

It takes about 23 minutes to get back to a flow state

61% of employees say work pressures make them sick

72% of millennials suggest wellness initiatives to address work stress

More distracted you are, more agitated you will be and vice versa.

At lower levels of calm and focus, you are neither efficient nor productive.

MindGym takes you to higher levels so you could be efficient and productive.

MindGym

MindGym is a 25-minute long, simple exercise sequence that uses your body and breath to increase calm and focus.

It is delivered onsite as an in-person or a live streamed session.

Designed by a former silicon valley software engineer

Engineered using science and science-vetted eastern wisdom

Makes you calm, alert, and energized

    Supercharges employee wellness and productivity

What is MindGym like?

MindGym sessions are held in a typical meeting or training room.

Like a long coffee break, employees will attend a 25-minute session in their work clothes:

First 10 minutes: Standing dynamic breathing techniques

Next 10 minutes: Seated (on an office chair) dynamic breathing techniques with closed eyes

Last 5 minutes: Simple meditative techniques

No exercise mats are needed. There will be no need to change clothes nor take a shower after the session.

Employees will leave calm, alert, and energized!

Cohesity has been subscribing to weekly MindGym sessions and our employees are raving about them. Based on Science, these exercises are simple, practical and highly effective.
